We will send you a link to a secure document portal where you can read and sign our engagement letter, read our privacy policy that explains what data we use and who else can see it, see an organizer that outlines the various types of documents you need to provide, and fill out a checklist that gives us an idea of the type of return you have.
3. Upload all your documents — .doc files, PDFs, or even clear pics from your phone! Our portal also has an app to make uploading your documents even easier!
4. We might need to ask for clarifying information by secure messaging through our portal as we prepare your return.
5. Once the return is complete, we review the return with you if you choose, by phone or video conference, and you sign the return through a remote esigning site.
6. You pay us.
7. We file your return electronically or give you paper copies to mail.
8. You have access to all the completed paperwork through our secure document portal.
9. Our engagement is complete.
